Returns
RETURNS POLICY
You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Any item returned must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all labels intact. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Please ensure the returned products are packaged well to avoid damage or loss whilst in transit. Sale items (and other marked items) are non refundable and non exchangeable.
HOW TO RETURN
- Send the unworn item with your invoice to the following address: Suzy D Web Returns, Unit 7, Propeller Way, Aerodrome Road, London, NW4 4BW.
- You will be responsible for the item reaching us. We recommend you send returns by registered post and keep your postage receipt.
- Once we have received and verified your returned item, your refund will be processed.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement or PayPal account. We will refund using the same method used when paying for the order.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange an item for different size/style/colour upon request. You will not be charged postage for an exchanged item. All exchanges must be made within the 14 day period. Please indicate on your invoice when returning an item, what you would like it exchanged for. Exchanges are limited to stock availability. Sale items (and other marked items) are non refundable and non exchangeable.
CANCELLATIONS
We endeavour to provide the best possible customer service, however, should a problem arise we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
If you decide to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, we may charge you for the carriage of that order. We advise you to check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.
Suzy D retains the right to cancel any order at any point before dispatch.
A contract is formed with you only when your order has been dispatched, not at the time of the order being placed, not when payment is taken, and not when your order has been confirmed.
Up until the goods have been dispatched, the order can be cancelled by either party for any reason. If payment has been taken before the order is cancelled, a full refund will be made.
